Why do I have to enter a verification code?

Two-factor authentication is used to protect your personal data.

Since we handle sensitive health data, protecting your information is especially important to us.
To ensure the highest level of security for your personal and medical data, two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for login.

This means that in addition to your email address and password, you must enter a verification code each time you log in.

This two-step process adds an important layer of protection to keep your data safe.

The code is sent to your email within a few seconds (in rare cases, it may take a few minutes).

💡 Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email. 💡

Please make sure to enter the six-digit code exactly as shown into the designated field.

Sending the code to us by email is not a valid method of authentication.

Be careful not to include any spaces or special characters (e.g., from copying and pasting).
Only the six digits should be entered.

Finally, click “Submit” to log in.
