Two-factor authentication protects your personal data.
As we work with sensitive medical data, protecting your personal information is our highest priority.
For this reason, logging in is only possible with two-factor authentication (2FA). This means that in addition to your email address and password, you will be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email each time you log in.
🔒 Why this is important:
This two-step process adds an extra layer of security. It ensures that only you can access your data – even if someone else knows your password.
📩 How it works:
- After entering your email and password, a six-digit code will be automatically sent to your email address.
- The code usually arrives within a few seconds (in rare cases, it may take a little longer).
- If you don't see the email, please also check your spam folder.
⚠️ Important when entering the code:
- Enter the code exactly as shown – without any extra spaces or special characters.
(Tip: If you copy and paste the code, double-check that no spaces are accidentally included.) - Please enter the code directly in the field provided on the login page. Do not reply to the email containing the code – it is sent for delivery purposes only.
- It is not possible for us to send the code manually.
- After entering the code, click “Submit” to complete the login process.
