How do I submit a request?

To submit a teledermatology request, first log in to the platform. You can then complete the process in just a few steps:

  1. Take photos of the affected skin area.

  2. Fill out the short medical questionnaire together with the patient, including relevant information about symptoms and medical history.

  3. Submit the request securely via the platform to our dermatologists.

Make sure that the patient has signed a consent form allowing you to complete the questionnaire on their behalf.

Within 48 hours, you will receive feedback directly in your pharmacy. Our specialists review the information and provide an assessment as well as possible treatment recommendations. This allows your patients to receive a qualified dermatological opinion quickly, without needing an immediate in-person appointment. Discuss the report with the patient and provide medication if necessary.
