How does the login work?

Secure access via web version or app

Login is available via the web version or, if used, via the app.

In general, staff members of the referring practice log in using their e-mail address and password. Depending on the setup, a connection with the HIN login can also be configured.

For first-time access, it is recommended to check the login details directly and test the login function early. This helps ensure that later use in everyday practice runs smoothly.

If the password has been forgotten, the “Forgot password” function can be used. The Customer Support team can assist with any further issues.
