How do I submit a request?
Forward dermatological concerns in a structured digital way
To submit a dermatological request, the referring practice first logs in to the derma2go platform.
The medically relevant information about the patient is then recorded. Depending on the concern, this may include information on symptoms, progression, previous treatments, known diagnoses, medication and relevant accompanying circumstances.
Recommended process:
- Select the patient or start a new request
- Photograph the affected skin area or upload existing image data
- Complete the medical questionnaire
- Add relevant information on the medical history
- Ensure the patient’s consent
- Submit the request to dermatology specialists via the platform
After submission, the request is reviewed by dermatology specialists. The response is provided via the platform and can then be integrated into the referring practice’s further workflow.
