How do I set up login via HIN?

If you have an active HIN ID, you can link it once to your existing derma2go user account. Once set up, you can use Single Sign-On (SSO) via HIN and log in to derma2go more easily in the future.

The requirement is that you already have a derma2go user account and an active HIN ID. Please also make sure that the HIN client is running and that you are logged in there with your HIN ID.

To link your HIN ID, first log in to derma2go as usual with your email address and password and complete the two-factor authentication. Then open the “Account and Security” section in your personal profile. In the “Linked Authentication” section, select the option “Link with HIN”.

After a short loading time, your HIN ID will be linked to your derma2go account. This setup only needs to be completed once.

Once the link has been successfully set up, you can log in directly via HIN in the future. To do this, open the HIN client, log in there with your HIN ID, then open derma2go and select “Login with HIN” in the login window. After successful authentication via HIN, you will automatically be logged in to derma2go.
