To use TARDOC-compliant billing on an ongoing basis, you need to register once. In this short step-by-step guide, we explain what you need to do.

Registration can only be completed if you have an open request.

Step 1: Log in to derma2go
Log in to derma2go as usual.

Step 2: Open request
Open your current request and process it as usual. Under Billing, select the appropriate tariff items.

Step 3: One-time login
Complete the request. You will then be redirected to the Ärztekasse login. Log in once. The billing information will be transferred accordingly.

An Ärztekasse account is required for the login. If you do not yet have one, please contact our support team at support@derma2go.com.
