How does the patient receive the dermatological assessment?
Feedback via the referring practice or the defined process
The dermatological assessment is provided via the derma2go platform.
As soon as the medical report is available, the referring practice receives a notification. The practice can then view the report and inform the patient about the result and the recommended next steps.
Depending on the practice process, the feedback can be provided by phone, in writing or as part of a personal consultation.
It is important that the patient receives the recommendation in an understandable way and knows which next steps are required if needed.
